 Pre-Holiday Season 12/1 - 12/19 USD $295 per night plus tax

High Season 1/6 - 4/14 USD $300 per night plus tax 

Christmas Season 12/20 - 1/5  $325 per night plus tax

 

All garbage and perishables should be disposed of and load of towels be washed prior to check-out.  Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed to in advance with the owner.  Cleaning fees cover 4 hours which is sufficient for most guests.  Those requiring more time will be billed at an additional $40 per hour.  The electric BBQ on the lanai should be left in a clean condition.  Guests should notify the owner upon arrival of any damage or if the electric BBQ is not in a clean condition.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICIES
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 7 days of guest confirmation of intention to book

Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $200.00] must be fully settled: 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 7 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

Within 60 days of scheduled arrival, payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the owner's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate. If cancelled more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, a 1 night's rental is required for administrative fee.
RULES
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT. No pets allowed. Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed to prior to arrival. Guest must wash and dry at least one load of towels prior to checking out. All trash and perishables must be disposed of before checking out. No refunds will be given for hurricanes or storms. Owner highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. The Island of Maui occasionally experiences electric outages that are beyond owner's control. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. Guest agrees to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Owner enforcing this agreement. Cable TV is provided and the service level has been chosen by the Owner. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
